Real Leaders® has announced its Top Impact Companies award winners from around the world. QuesTek Innovations is making its debut on the list, coming in at No. 57 and ranking in the top 10 for both manufacturing and technology.
These rankings are the definitive list of companies making a positive impact on the world by having an out-sized effect on sustainability, social equity, health, well-being and more. The awards evaluated privately-owned companies based on an extensive application measuring I.M.P.A.C.T (Intention, Model, People, Accountability, Collaboration and Transformation).
QuesTek is recognized on the list for empowering leading companies in industries such as aerospace, automotive, energy and consumer tech to use materials innovation to make strides in sustainability and combat climate change. Specifically, Questek’s ICMD® digital materials engineering and design platform is helping companies such as Daido Steel drive ambitious sustainability goals.

“After five successful years of producing the go-to list of the ‘Top Impact Companies’ it was time for Real Leaders to expand its mission by growing an impact awards community that preserves its integrity while scaling its impact,” says Kevin Edwards, General Manager of Real Leaders. This year’s selection process involved a more detailed vetting process for the record number of applicants.
A special “Real Leaders UNITE” awards celebration will be held in San Diego on Feb. 6, 2024 to honor the winners.
