Keith Fritz currently serves as the Director of Federal Solutions at QuesTek. In this client-facing role, he provides both pre-sales and post-sales support for government clients. Keith’s responsibilities include communicating QuesTek’s capabilities to external clients and identifying potential opportunities to align QuesTek’s core competencies with the needs of government agencies. Additionally, he advocates for customer needs to guide QuesTek’s future development efforts towards practical applications.
Before joining QuesTek in 2022, Keith was the Director of Technology at the Materials Solutions Network with ASM International. There, he played a key role in developing bespoke material solutions, leveraging his 15 years of experience as a senior metallurgist in the automotive and aerospace industries. His primary focus was on the development of additive manufacturing, specifically laser powder bed fusion. Earlier in his career, Keith was a senior metallurgist at PCC (Precision Castparts Corporation), where he completed the management development course and held various technical roles in forging, investment casting, alloy management, and powder metallurgy. In the automotive sector, Keith served as a senior metallurgist at General Motors, overseeing quality for a global supply chain with over $500 million in annual steel purchases. His work concentrated on advanced high-strength steels, laser-welded coils, tailored steel products, and laser assembly.
