EVANSTON, IL., January 11, 2022 – QuesTek Innovations LLC, the primary operating subsidiary of QuesTek International LLC, announced the appointment of Bill Mahoney as Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2022. In this role, Mr. Mahoney is responsible for all operations and management of the subsidiary, reporting to Dr. Aziz Asphahani, Chairman and CEO of QuesTek International. During this appointment, Mr. Mahoney will also retain his seat on the QuesTek International Board of Managers, to which he was elected in 2018.

Mr. Mahoney’s appointment anticipates the next phase of QuesTek Innovations’ sustained growth, which is based on delivering “Digital Transformation” to both its own operations and the global materials community. The company will focus on bringing its Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME) technologies to the cloud, providing clients a range of service offerings from materials design to material and process optimization. Mahoney’s extensive career experience in forming and leading technology solutions-based companies, combining software and professional services to better automate mission-critical workflows across a breadth of vertical markets, will contribute to increasing QuesTek technologies capabilities and its impact within the scope of the Materials Genome Initiative.
